The fourth edition of the Global Ayurveda Summit, being organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), will be held from September 15 to October 14, 2020, virtually.

The international conference and exposition on ‘Emerging Opportunities for Ayurveda’ will showcase the Immunity model of the traditional Indian medicinal system and its success to the global scientific community. Themed ‘Ayurveda For Immunity’, the annual event will be held in a virtual-only format on ‘HIVE’ platform this time in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“The objective of the summit is to showcase Ayurveda and herbal medicine to the world as a solution named ‘Health as One’ and ‘Immunity through Ayurveda’. This time it is being conducted as a web event of 30 days with seminars and exhibitions where Global industry leaders, clinical specialists and pioneers from other related disciplines would lead,” said Dr P M Varier, Convenor, CII Ayurveda Panel.

The eight-day international conference will cover topics such as Ayurveda for Immunity in global scenario, Market Opportunities for Ayurvedic products & services, Clinical Effectiveness of Ayurveda against infections and Emerging opportunities in Immunity - Telemedicine, Technology and other Sectoral Collaborations. The exhibition will be a platform to showcase everything made, served and sold in the name of Ayurveda to a global community.

The Ayurveda & Health Tourism Magazine is the media partner of the event which will have over 500 products in display.

CII has been organizing the Global Ayurveda Summit for a few years and has successfully completed the 3 editions. The last one had participation of delegates from more than 32 countries.
